Everyone was great, especially the women who prepared breakfast!

Move over, HBO, this is where the real drama happens. This morning I witnessed a dangerous foreign man berate and abuse a cherubic young clerk at the cafe in the lobby. It seemed this unhinged man wanted a free orange juice, and felt entitled to receive it as part of a “free breakfast” he was denied. There was much cursing and foot stamping. At one point, the man bared his teeth like a wild animal and growled the words “free juice”! Eventually, a manager came over and settled the feud by giving the man his juice. I was shaken up by the experience, and it ruined my day. Still, I’m giving this experience five stars because finally in my miserable life of repetitive drudgery I have witnessed something real and human.

We will forever be guests at this location! They set a great example for the Marriot brand. We are from Alabama and after our wonderful stay at this location, we headed home and were about 4 hours away from the hotel when I noticed I left my real diamond earrings in the room. Very expensive mistake on my end but I called and the guy at the desk went up to find them. A week later, a FedEx package was delivered with my earrings. That is exceptional customer service! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience and also calming my nerves.

I’ve stayed at this location a few times now and it’s been consistent. It’s a great location that is very close to the airport and speedway. The staff has always been very nice and polite as well. Unfortunately like most hotels in this high tourism area the hotel has definitely seen some pretty major traffic that’s shows. I will note that I saw several maintenance workers when I left actively working diligently on projects. The lobby and food are on par with other courtyard properties. The room had clean sheets and towels but there was a lot of hair still in the bathroom. I’d still stay here again

We came into town for a graduation. Bed was comfortable. Rooms are renovated but not the bathrooms. Very bad lighting. The most disturbing thing was when we tried to pull out the sofa bed and found previous guest’s undergarments in between the sofa bed. Not sure if the staff cleans those beds or not but that needs to change ASAP. That’s not sanitary at all. We complained to the front desk and was asked if we wanted someone to clean the room but at that point it was not necessary because we were leaving the next morning. It was also late and we just returned to our room from a long day of graduation activities. Management should have verified that the rooms were properly cleaned once the housekeepers were finished. Myself or my family “WILL NOT” return to this location. I wasn’t even compensated a night or my entire stay for something that this hotel staff didn’t do. Moral of the story! Check everything prior to your stay you may find something else you didn’t bring with you.
