First time here and the person taking the orders was rushing and had an attitude. No big deal but we are a customer buying food you know and then we received the food we ordered buffalo chicken sliders and they put way two much buffalo sauce on the slider. A little dab would be enough then I got curly fries and got like the end of the batch broken pieces just saying... SMH ?

Breading for the wrap over cooked it was very tough, dining room was dirty

My rating is probably unfair. I was disappointed. Wanted the French Dip that I've been seeing advertised on TV for 2 weeks and when I ordered it, they were out of the Aus Jus. Well that's kinda the point of a French dip. Staff was friendly and food I did order was hot and ok. They were also out of Curly Fries.

Called the store twice and finally got an answer from the manager(Jessica) whom was extremely rude! Came through the drive thru and ordered a 4 piece nugget and small vanilla milkshake. The Drive thru cashier was very rude as well and when I received my milkshake it had a hair in it. Called the store to complain and the manager who answered after several rings blatantly lied and said that the reason it took so long to answer the phone is because they were “very busy”.When I went through the drive thru a few minutes prior the parking lot was completely empty. She wanted to argue about the gender of the drive thru employee instead of addressing the fact that there was a hair in my milkshake. I will not be returning to this place again and I now see why they barely get any business in this area
