Poppie's Pizzeria - Dayton

Placed a Doordarsh order around 5pm they close at 9 or 10. When the dasher arrived at 530 the store canceled the order stating they closed. Idk why they would wait 30 minutes to cancel? Food looks good but just based off this one experience I doubt we'll be trying it.

Poppie's has some dang good pizza; the crispy pepperonis are what won me over! I had slice of the raspberry cheesecake once, and wasn't a fan of the raspberry on top. But the other desserts have been delish (my favorite specifically being the banana pudding! The staff is always friendly and the owner is always very appreciative of our business.

Finally tried the new pizza joint out, I definitely needed to try that fruit pie out, also FYI, if u pick ur order up, u get a free 4$ dessert, how freaking cool is that. The fruit pie was amazing as u can see, the pizza was good, they don't skimp on cheese, the cheesecake was delicious aswell.

While the pizza was good, the crust was too crisp and deep, making the corner pieces just crust. The boneless wings where hard and sauces were just packets.

The food was FANTASTIC! We ordered the Dayton Bomber.. pizza was delicious and the wings were good too. It was our first time eating there..the only thing that bothered me was the lack of gloves and hairnets being worn. The food and service were great though. We will be back.
