Bidrage med feedbackWhat's the point in a mask if every servers wears it under their chin. I recently completed chemotherapy and wish employers would enforce the rules they set, especially safety procedures for customers. Men's room had no paper towels, wife said women's room had toilet paper everywhere. It wasn't that busy, only a handful of tables, why can't employees do the bare minimum for the restaurant. Half a dozen tables were left dirty during our whole meal. Pictured you see three people serving customers in one photo, none actually wearing the mask hanging on their face, plus at least one table that's been dirty since we arrived and we are about to get the check.
Our waitress Kylie was very kind sweet and efficient are steaks were out of this world and the veggies and salad were super fresh. Best meal I've had in a long time!! You must go!! Thank you again Kylie for great service.
First time at an Outback in a long time. Didn’t realize they had such an extensive gluten free menu which has limited my wife’s dining options greatly the last two years. We were told to expect a 40-45 minute wait. We were seated in just over 20. Our server Madeline was very attentive even having multiple tables to juggle. Food was amazing and came out quickly. My wife said it was the first good restaurant prepared steak she’s had in a long time. Gluten free brownie dessert was great too. We will be back.
Update 02/19/2023: Went to outback steakhouse again after church with my family and I enjoyed my food and everyone else that I was with enjoyed their food as well. I will picture it below. Originally I gave a four star review, and I am going to keep it at a four-star review. The second experience, the food was much better however, I did not like that the floors up under our booth was not clean. It was very sticky, as well as some of the dishes that came out to our table were not clean, such as the cutting board that the bread was on it had ketchup on the bottom. I got the wings and fries on the appetizer menu. Mild wings with ranch. They were good. Fries were okay but I felt like they just slapped fries on a plate and added cheese. They were all stuck together. I also asked to not have bacon on my fries.
I was having one of those no good, rotten days.... Well, several days. I flew into Dayton very turbulent flight. Absolute misery. Lost my breakfast, if you know what I mean. Landed. Starving. Stopped at this Outback. I knew at Outback I could get a gluten friendly, delicious meal. It's a travel go to stop. Anyway, back to my rotten day. My server Christine was soooooo kind. The restaurant wasn't busy because it was late afternoon. She listened to me vent and showed genuine care. The food didn't disappoint and I didn't get glutened. I'll return anytime I fly to Dayton. Please give Christine a bonus or award or something!!!!!
