Coco's Bistro - Dayton

Big fan of Coco's! The food, the style, the delightful patiothis place ranks high for me on my list of favorite downtown Dayton restaurants.

What can I say about Coco's Bistro, or what cant I say about Coco's Bistro I came here with a group of people for a celebration.

Ordered : Cider Lacquered Duck $ 31 ancho spiced duck breast, roasted poblano risotto, cider dijon glaze, fried apples

Cocos is probably best known for their lunch special (not vegan) grilled cheese, and for the upscale ambiente and craft cocktails. we had a very pleasant time here last week celebrating our jubilee and I was pleased to see that they now have a few selected vegan options on the menu. the ambiente is sexy and dimly-lit, the cocktails delicious and inventive, the waiter friendly and knowledgeable about what vegan is. they need the house fries with Thai chili and sweet chili sauce (it is vegan, but not on the card marked) addictive well and comes in a huge portion size. my Thai peanut noodle entree was satisfying and filling, although I would not say it was worth the $28.00 price tag. the best part was that they even a vegan (not marked on the menu) dessert ananas sorbet! and it was delicious! overall I was satisfied. Coco’s, please add more vegan menu options!

My partner and I love Coco's for the exemplary food and drinks and have been coming here for years, but our server Jason today went so incredibly far above and beyond for a special event with our family that I had to start writing a review before we left the parking lot. Thank you all for exceeding our highest hopes and giving us such a memorable experience!!
