Hong Xu. - Dax

A first owner held this restaurant in which we enjoyed each other for years. Unfortunately he stopped his activity. The restaurant was taken over by another couple who did not succeed in continuity; less copious dishes, hs coffee machine and not replaced. Room empty and actually too much waiting. Too bad, it was a good address. The restaurant is closed, activity needs seems it!!

Very well cooked.Fraîcheur des salads.Nems et autres beignets très bon et pas gras. Delicious and hearty dishes. Riz Cantonese freshly prepared. Quiet and smiling welcome.

Take a la carte meal on the night of the New Year's Eve. Copious and excellent soups (supply of lacquered pork ravioli and asparagus crab). Hungarian xu salad always also provided with freshly cooked nems and doughs. 2nd very good and well served dishes. Normal hold for kitchen made at the moment. Very good value for money. Discreet and smiling service.
