Escale sur Adour - Dax

We stayed for a week in the hotel dax and ate lunch and dinner in their restaurant, escale sur adour, from the days. the chef cedric really did a fantastic job. not only has he adapted all my meals, made them vegetarian. kind, but he is also very health-oriented. he cooks with a lot of sweet and healthy carbohydate options such as heifer and barley. if healthy is not what they are looking for, order the burger with ridden, my partner was very happy. the restaurant has a nice selection of wine, we really enjoyed the chateau de l’hospital. the view is also beautiful, it overlooks a small river.

Well located with a classic decor. It is a hotel restaurant that loves to enjoy its guests, good service and well-stocked plate. We loved the meal and exceptional homemade fries (frite anna).bon dessert despite the fact that Chantilly not made home.Good value for money.Very reasonable on their price of wine and a white wine in carafe very appreciated. We'll go back with great pleasure.
