Taco Bell - Dawsonville

It's Taco Bell, so you know what to expect when you drive into the parking lot. The food is just average, but it comes out quickly. However, the staff always seem a bit unhappy to be there.

Paul was very kind, professional, and helpful. If I can expect this quality of service every time, I have no reason to visit any other taco bell over this very fine location.

I placed an online order for in-store pickup around 6 PM, only to find the dining room closed when I arrived. I called to ask if they could bring my order to the door, but the person who answered, claiming to be the manager, refused. Another employee then instructed him to tell me that was not an option. I was told to wait in the drive-thru line, which was significantly backed up into the road. I explained that I had ordered for in-store pickup and had no intention of sitting in a 30-45 minute drive-thru line. The response I received was simply, "Then cancel your order." Since I couldn't cancel it through the app, I asked them to cancel it for me. I plan to address this issue with corporate tomorrow, as this is not how a business should be run.

If you're planning to close the dining room two hours before the store officially closes, especially when there are still customers dining inside, it would be helpful to post a sign on the door to inform potential customers. This way, they won't mistakenly place an online order for indoor pickup only to be redirected to the drive-thru, where they have to wait for 20 minutes while their food sits in the window, getting soggy and lukewarm. Is the franchise owner aware that this is happening?

I never have any issues when it comes to my food because it is either correct or they correct the error with no problem. But I do ask that they take better pride in the lobby; there is always dirty tables and the floor rarely looks swept. During busyhours I can understand it looking this way, but when they first open and that?s how it looks is not acceptable
