Subway - Davis

I have never been so disappointed in a sandwich from Subway. This particular location skimps on meat, sauces, cheese, and veggies, leaving me to feel like I was just eating bread. It was a waste of money and time to order from here. I ordered through the app due to time constraints, but upon opening my sandwich at work, I was extremely disappointed with the quality. I recommend avoiding this location and trying a different Subway instead.

I am from Woodland and I love all the Subway locations there. However, since starting work in Davis, I tried the Subway down the street a couple times through Doordash and both times, my sandwich was not made correctly, with missing and extra ingredients. I decided to go in person, thinking it might be a misunderstanding with the online orders. Unfortunately, even in person, I had to repeatedly ask for more onions and lettuce as they were skimping on the toppings. I will not be returning to this location, as they did not meet my expectations. Additionally, there was an excessive amount of mayonnaise on my sandwich, to the point where it was dripping off with every bite. I enjoy mayo, but this was too much.

I received the wrong sandwich and paid an extra $6 for an add-on that wasn't included. When I called to inform the restaurant, the manager, who had a heavy Indian accent that was difficult to understand, rudely dismissed my complaint and refused to offer any compensation. Instead, she insisted that I return to buy another sandwich and promised to waive the cost of the incorrect order. This experience was incredibly disappointing and left me questioning the manager's qualifications for the role.

This Franchisee is a fool; yea, a liar. Will spare details, but dine somewhere else, be it Nugget Market nearby or another Subway location...but STAY AWAY from this fool his enterprise!

Parking: Late 10 min with order. When entering. The employee didn't greet me. He was talking on the phone. Not taking an order. Personal call.
