Bidrage med feedbackMy experience was disappointing. I ordered the chicken tenders, but the fries were stale. I was never asked if I wanted any sauce for the tenders. Additionally, the biscuit didn't come with butter like it usually does. The person at the window was silent and seemed disengaged, which left me feeling ignored.
This Location by far is the worst KFC in the whole world. They are slow and very unprofessional. The store is completely dirty inside and there are cockroaches all around the outside of the building. The employees have no idea what customer service is.
Took 20 min to get wings and fries, all the priority to drive through orders. So, if you just came inside prepare to wait, you 'll be the last one. Check order right there, they forgot about all the sauces we ordered. Will never come back.
I visited KFC and had a great experience! My food was served quickly and it was hot. I was surprised by how quiet it was, and the bathroom was clean too.
This is the worst KFC I've ever visited, and I wish I could give it half a star. Firstly, it's nearly impossible to hear the person speaking into the drive-thru speaker. I've dealt with her twice, and she doesn't seem to understand anything I say. Secondly, I've received the wrong order on both occasions I've been there, despite ordering exactly what's on the menu with no modifications. Thirdly, when we go back to claim the items that are always missing from our order, the staff are accusatory and avoid engaging with us. Eventually, when we manage to get their attention, they argue and insist we’re the ones at fault, even when we're showing them the receipt. Finally, even after repeating our requests three times in person, they struggle to understand us when we finally convince them that they're in the wrong and owe us our missing items. Please train your staff better or at least hire people who understand how a fast food restaurant operates.
