Commute to town once a week from Malibu and this is always our first stop when we get in town. Good customer service. Very careful about safety during the pandemic. Super clean and fast service.

Great remarkably fresh and always hot off the grill. Best burger hands down! Will travel a distance just for one of these burgers!

I've never had a problem here. This In-N-Out has good quality burgers. The edges are crispy and ingredients are fresh. Most of the time there is a line so service gets slow. But the wait isn't more than 15 minutes though I feel like it could be faster. The employees are working pretty fast though so I think they just have a lot of orders. The homeless population though is a big turn off so don't go there alone too late.
