That lingering feeling of did somebody slip something in my drink? Overhearing racist remarks from the stumpy, bald, parasitic, troll of an owner. Violent minded security armed with a Bowie knife, escalating every situation. Literally being fused to the floor from the filth and grime. Place is an absolutely depressing echo chamber, and does not belong in the community

I heard from fellow uc davis graduates that the short bald owner since covid just plays pools and hits on the young girl students by telling them he owns the bar. The place has changed since I was a student, and it's gotten pretty creepy and agressive staff. Not the same as before.

I preferred it when it had a more authentic vibe; now it feels more like a typical college bar. I really miss the sense of space the place used to have. Additionally, the drinks are now significantly more expensive than they were before. It's true what they say: you can't go back home.

I'm absolutely in love with the lamb sandwich! A little tip: ask for extra aioli! The staff is amazing, and you can't go wrong with the drinks and pool tables. I highly recommend it—10/10!

One of our favorite spots in Davis! It's both affordable and delicious!
