Barista Brew - Davis

I love this little coffee bar! I wish more Davisites would make the detour to G Street to check it out. The drinks are great, including some oddities like the lavender mint latte. The owner is wonderful, and she employs university students as staff. The students are always friendly and a joy to chat with.

Wonderful and cozy family owned cafe. Delicious and reasonably priced breakfast/brunch/lunch food, as well as espresso drinks and baked goods. Their cakes and samosas both looked phenomenal! We had a breakfast bagel, hazelnut hot chocolate, turkey club panini avocado, and a blended vanilla cardamom latte. Delicious!! The hot chocolate is a SMALL but it was huge! The husband and wife duo who own the cafe are very sweet and hospitable. There are nice window seats and couch/armchair seating, plus free WiFi : Definitely my new favorite brunch spot in Davis. Will be returning soon!

Black Frog Cafe set up a wonderful space for our off-site work meeting one morning. They were so prepared, accommodating, friendly and hospitable. Drinks were affordable and delicious. A very nice experience!

Great coffee selection. Prices comparable to other coffee places. Black coffee is great hearty but NOT bitter! Meets the need! Healthy latte fabulous. Nice seating outside. Staff is simply super one of nicest most efficient in Davis, a rarity here; they always get order right without a lot of back forth! Pleasure to patronize!
