I have been going to Davie's Best ever since I started attending university in Davie. It has been 4 years now and this place is still my go to pizza bar when I am craving a slice or two. The restaurant has a homey feel and this is evident when I see all the parents coming here with their children after school or teams coming after their little league games to celebrate with a hot pie of pizza.Though this is not the most upscale restaurant, it is clean and maintained by friendly and attentive staff. I think I have seen the same people working in the front since I started visiting and they have always been nothing but kind. They have large tables for big parties and can seat indoors and outdoors but I mostly see people choosing to sit inside to avoid the heat.My order is always their two cheese and a coke for $6.99 and let me tell you their slices are very big. Sometimes, I get full off of just one slice but the deal is too good to pass up on.If you are looking for more than just a cheese slice, they have a full italian menu with salads, pastas, sandwiches, pizzas, and desserts. I have also tried their eggplant parm and fried ravioli, both of which are decent.If you have not been here, definitely give it a try. I can't wait for my next visit!
