My Wife (Sherry) and I have been going to the Davie, North location since it first opened . ALWAYS stellar service and this has continued with the opening of the South location. Kudos to ALL the Team Members for their dedication and devotion to providing exemplary Service to their customers! THANK YOU ALL!
Every time I order food from this specific location, they forget a part of my order. I went back to retrieve the forgotten part of my order, and I tried to get a complimentary fry for the inconvenience because it happened to me twice this week (that’s the least they could do) and the manager told me that they could not do that. I am not going back to this location.
2nd time ever going to Chick-fil-AOrdered a southwest salad: Chicken was so cold it had little bits of ice on it. The chicken was so spicy that it was not edible.I also ordered 1 chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and cheese, and only got cheese.I also ordered an eight piece chicken nuggets and got fried something bits.I also requested 4 chick- fil- sauce and got nothing. (I should have checked)I ordered a medium fries and got a small.Totally disappointed.
The best service I’ve ever received at any chick-fil-a.
