Dimaggio's Pizzeria - Davidson

Not sure if there is a new property, but the food quality and customer service have gone drastically down in recent months. The lady who answers the phone is not very polite and sounds as if you disturb her every time you call in an order or pick up an order. We have been here for almost 10 years, but the lack of food quality and customer service is discouraging to say the least.

DiMaggio 's is an American slice of Italiano. Great food for the price. Family service and atmosphere.

I just ordered big pizzas that usually looks great as if they were thrown together. The ordered 8 wIngs extra for all apartments get 1 flat and the drumstick wings are so fat and sloppy looking I just trashed them maybe someone has just a bad day.

Ordered a pizza to be delivered on 7/9/22. It was never delivered. When I called to ask they said they couldn't do anything about it. I was out $36. When I called the next day, they said Door dash delivered it and I would have tocall them. I call doordash, they never delivered anything. Call the store back, they still say it's not there fault and I'm out the money.no coupon, no refund offered, no replacement! This is the epitome of terrible customer service and a lame attempt to pass the buck without reimbursement to the actual client. Do not order from these crooks.
