We had a great evening there with some lovely food and a good pint. The landlady was very chatty and nothing was too much trouble for her. We were made to feel very welcome. Vegetarian options: There were options available if you prefer that diet. Parking: The car park was a good size with plenty of space to get in and out of the car. It is right at the back of the pub so easy to get into the building. Great village pub and food menu with extensive choices. Some dishes with a Chinese twist showing the influence of the publicans. Very charming and friendly staff and the landlady thoroughly entertained us with sparkling conversation. We were there late afternoon and had drinks and an early supper. I am sure the atmosphere would have been even better as the evening set in. Vegetarian options: The vegetarian curry was delicious and suitable for a plant based diet (which two of follow).
