Steel Plow Burger Company - Davenport

I liked our visit here. We could tell they were understaffed on servers, unknown if they were in the kitchen as well. They were seating probably 75% of the tables and had 2 or 3 servers we regularly saw.We started with the giant pretzel and then followed it with 4 assorted kids meals, a salad and a build your own bison burger. Everyone was very happy with the food.Lastly we split 2 of the giant shakes and 2 kids shakes. Very tasty for a fat guy like me ;)A good experience even though they were visibly struggling to keep all customers happy.

We have been sitting here almost an hour now waiting on the food we ordered. The establishment is so loud you have no chance to talk to the people that are with you. The wait staff talks to you as she passes by. I think she was saying how many tickets were still in front of us. My recommendation.. If you can find someplace else to eat while you are in town..Make that happen..Update: Got our food in about 1 hour and 5 min. The food was not bad. Burger was cooked to order.

I had the tenderloin sandwich and potato salad. The sandwich was really large and a little dry may be due to size) but still good. Couldn?t finish it. The potato salad was also tasty and a bit chunky which I?m not used to. Server was very attentive and pleasant. I would recommend overall.

Everything was delicious! This was my first visit. I brought my mom for her birthday because I heard good things and saw amazing pics of the food, primarily the brilliant shakes! We ordered and shared three different items: a burger (the Midwest , mac n cheese (the pizza , and, of course the birthday cake shake at the end. Each item was tasty, fresh, just the right texture, just the right flavor, just the right temperature, just the right blend of ingredients. And, ifthat wasn 't enough, we were able to get the five sampler of fries with the burger at no extra charge. And if that wasn 't enough, the portion was still amazing, and each fry type (yes, there are five to choose from was amazing! Yum!Yum! Yum! Our waitress was a delight (Justice and very helpful with suggestions!! And, if that wasn 't enough, the atmosphere was nice and they have outdoor seating. If you 've never been add it to your list. The presentation alone shouldspark your curiosity. It did mine. We drove an hour just to get there and it was worth every moment!!

Stopped here based off reviews and it did not disappoint. We ordered the turkey apple and brie sandwich and the Firehouse Burger and both were very tasty. We had to get one of signature milkshakes which was a sight to behold. Overall it was a good deal for all the food we got. The service was very friendly and attentive. We sat outdoors on the patio which was really nice too. Would eat here again!
