Would give zero stars if it were an option. No crab legs due to pricing and shipping issues yet the price is 30+ a person?? Come on. The service was excellent and that is where it stops. It's not the employees fault it is upper management's. Just read the other reviews and see that as customers we aren't going to continue to take being overcharged and undeserved.You will make bottom line profits with the customers who just need and experience but when that dies our and your repeat customers have fallen to laughable numbers then what?Raise the price of crab to 84.99 a plate and police the sharing with 15 to 30% more staff to offset. You will bring in more jobs, have quicker refill time on drinks (which is the #1 complaint at buffets) and the crab offset will more than makeup with the high price option and usage differences of people who think they can eat a ton of crab and can't. Then lower your Normal buffet price by 5 dollars. Problems damn near resolved. P.S. that's free unlike your buffet.Don't insult my post by responding with some blurb message stating how much you appreciate the customer and some 530 number that goes to a wasteland.

Service was ok friendly, desserts were good and that's where it ends! All of the food I had was cold, not even warm. I did try seconds to see if maybe I just missed it. Nope ribs were overcooked dry! Beef was fatty grisly, coconut shrimp was just ok but would have been great if was at least warm. $30.99 per person, never again! Will eat at Sports Book!

Thought i would give this place a 2nd chance. Still not impressedI understand it was mostly seafood on a friday night so left me a smaller variarty for meThe chicken was good and the bbq meatballs and the fresh fruit but the rest not so much the glazed carrots were not even cooked still very hard the coconut cream pie tasted like what tanning oil smells like very unappealing. Maybe Saturday night or sunday brunch is better. Not sure i will be back.

I've been here a few times in the past and absolutely loved it. However, our most recent visit was very disappointing. The all you can eat crab legs is what makes the difference with this buffet. However, they no longer offer the crab legs due to the rise in cost and shipment issues. So why is their prices still high? We paid over $90 for 3 people. Without the crab legs, the current price is just ridiculous. Not only that, the buffet didn't offer as many dishes to choose from, as they have in the past. The food was overcooked and looked like it had been sitting there for quite awhile. I won't be driving an hour to go there again, unless they really make some changes. Right now it's definitely not worth it.

Lots of variety, choices of meat ranged from fresh Turkey Breast, Prime Rib, polish Sausage, shrimp. Lots of variety of different foods with nice presentation. Fresh salad and desert bar which included ice creams such as apple flavored.
