Very long time to accept the order & very long time to deliver

I was not able to get my order. driver insisted he cannot find the location in the map. when in fact our street is just next to the street where he is currently waiting

The coating are a bit lacking. I can barely taste it.

The two solo meals (for two different people) i ordered are not individually packed

The food is good. But the service is poor this time. I expected the food to be delivered within 30 minutes but waited more than an hour. Been ordering here a couple of times now but this is the first time that the driver didn’t call. Representive from foodpanda called me that the driver waited in 711 which is far from my place. I ask her to give me the driver’s # for me to call but she said it’s not allowed. So when the driver arrived, I ask him why he didn’t call me. He told me he doesn’t have my #, which is not acceptable. I have all my info in the app and I dont have any problem with my previous orders with other delivery men.
