Chef Osvaldo Olvera took the time to explain the entire menu to my wife that in itself is worth five stars. From the cleverness of a pea soup with a cappuccino texture to a maitake/hen of the woods mushroom my fungi averse spouse enjoyed; to a delightful chocolate soufflé with no floury flavor or texture, whose gold melting in with the the chocolate was a visual as well as flavorful experience, we had an extraordinary memorable experience.

By far one of the best in miami this is food done right! if there is a place you must try this is it. the staff was amazing, the chef came to our table and explained on detail the dishes, fabio our server was also amazing..a must in miami and staple in the south florida culinary scene...

Wonderful dining experience. Was not busy at all (I was expecting it to be much busier). Wait staff were very attentive and friendly. Head chef came out and talked to me at the end of the meal. Beautiful food presentation; if you're looking for a dining “experience” this will fulfill that.

This place is definitely worth the visit. Food was so delicious great flavors, good size portions, tons of creativity. The bar created some very unique drinks a Oaxaca Old Fashioned made with Cristal Tequila and Mezcal was our favorite. And the service was outstanding. Fabio our waiter and his team did a great job taking care of us explaining menu in detail, guiding us to make some great selections, and making sure we were well taken care of throughout the meal. And Chef Osvaldo stopped by to flambé our dessert at the table (a foie gras crème brûlée that I will remember for a long time), and then came back later to check in at the end of the meal. Would definitely recommend.

I stayed in the hotel for a night and came to the restaurant in the lobby for dinner. I ordered from the $60 serevene spice menu: 1st was Ora king sashimi, added $5 dollar for this option but it was totally worthy. The waiter presented it as “Ocen butter” and I agreed! 2nd course was Lobster Uni Alfredo. Very flavorful. I was worried about the serving size when I first saw it, but it turned out to be quite filling. 3rd course was pour le chocolat, 10/10. All the waiters and Chef O were amazing and I will definitely return again.
