Please avoid this place because it's operated by crooks. If you give them a credit card, they will run your card and not show you any type of numerical value for what they inputted. That way when you get back to your hotel, you will get a notice from your bank saying that you just spent $50 on $10 worth of gelato. I'm a very reasonable person, so my friend and I go back to this establishment as we are just a block away. All the benefit of the doubt left my body as the girl that we had a conversation with stuttered and acted like she had never seen us in her life. We were gone for an hour. She acted like we went to a different location and we're just randomly coming in to ask her for money when we showed her a bank statement with that location's address. Then she calls her manager, a guy in his mid 30s I suppose, who comes in and never apologizes. He refunds our money and asks for payment for the original price of the gelato, when we had to take time out of our vacation to address their mistake. Rather than giving him another credit card, I run back to my hotel to get actual money so he does not get anything but cash. I have operated point of sales equipment in a similar way. I had a cash register and when there is a credit card sale, I input the numerical value into a keypad. There is absolutely no way that this was an honest mistake. The discrepancy is impossible to explain. This was a blatant scam. There were no other parties behind us in the shop and she was the only employee working. She could not have confused our charge with another amount.They prey on tourists who are on vacation and unable to keep track of the money they spend. I bet they do this all day long and when the few people contest their charges with their credit card company, they will still get paid. Their scam is very transparent. I've never seen such shameless greed as they sell $10 ice cream all day long. It's disgusting, and I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. This place must be stopped.

Gelato shop right before you get on Ocean Drive, so real estate is prime for this shop. This shop has a major variety of different flavors here (at least 25). I got the cookies and cream gelato in a small because their sizes run big. I really enjoyed my gelato, definitely tasty and delicious! Stop by here on your way to Ocean Drive or leaving the festivities, I believe they are open late.

This place will literally scam you if you dont pay attention, got two bags of chips that said $1.49 and somehow the total came out to $5.09 but i didnt say anything. The next time i ordered a double scoop of ice cream and the girl charged me for two cones... it said $9.99 for a double scoop and she charged me $14.99.... i did not complain but i hope the money the STOLE was worth a 1 star review. SHADY BUSINESS NEEDS TO BE BROUGHT AWARE.

Check your hours to make sure you accommodate clients that go out of their way to come and visit you. The door was open and the blond girl with highlights was like we closed but clearly your door was open and inviting and hours online show 30 minutes to closing.

My husband really enjoyed the strawberry cheesecake ice cream. I had a few bites and it was pretty tasty. Not the type of ice cream I could have all the time but it was a good experience.
