What they do is ILLEGAL, they charge you more than the maximum in tips without your approval, and just for taking it from the kitchen to your table in the restaurant. Check your bill before leaving. Up to 35% in service charge.

Woeful customer service. I ordered food and received the wrong order so I called back and asked if I could get the correct order. They said they would bring it but no one ever came with it. Then the next day I asked if they would make the order for me and they gave me the order from 24 hours ago, that had been sitting out all night. They said they tried to call me but I have no records from them calling. They could have left the order at my door but they didn't. Worst customer service and honestly the fact that they serve me a day old food is disgusting.

Great drinks. Good salads. Bad dinner food. When hanging at the pool get drinks here. If hungry and in the pool area, get a salad. Do not order uber eats for dinner here as it is not that good and is very expensive. The restaurant is located inside flamingo point downstairs in the south tower by the pool. It is good for pool service drinks and snacks (think nachos or salads while laying out with drinks). The service takes a little while. It is expensive but very convienent if you are laying out at the south tower pool. Pretty nice to have full food and beverage service at the pool.

Like most people pointed out the food is surprisingly decent, but on multiple occasions the staff has tried to jam us with 2x the tip. When you call it out, the staff either gets nasty or plays it off as an error. Ask for an itemized receipt before paying and then ask for an itemized receipt once you pay so you don't get scammed.

We usually like going here because the food is good. And we do understand the 22% mandatory tip for deliveringhowever what we do not understand is that we are being charged a 18% service charge for PICK UP?!?!The girl claimed this was introduced by management but I think she lied and just chose that tip and then claimed that this is how management wants it. Now if management actually approved of this they dont understand what a service charge is. That’s an arbitrary, not disclosed charge and theft.
