Old Door Hostel - Datong District

I stayed over the old door hostel during my Taiwan visit. Great location, easy walk to the Taipei main train station only 5 -10 minutes, hope on bus, but very expensive also taxi 's so use train services. Very cheap only under a dollar. Food is the other thing you need to explore in Taiwan.

Out of all hostels in Taiwan it was my favorite! Extremely friendly staff, so kind and attentive. Amazing breakfast, clean rooms and feels like home vibe. And of course location is unbeatable

It's a very pleasant accommodation in Taiwan. First of all, there is a restaurant on the first floor, and the owners are always resident. They welcomed my visit and responded with a very kind explanation. The cleanliness of the accommodation is the best. The bathroom is so neat, and the bedroom is so well maintained that there is no dust. At night, you can also drink Taiwan draft beer on the first floor. Also, every morning, they made Taiwanese breakfast menu, Ddanping, and it was so delicious and so kind that I was so happy every morning. I used the women's room on the top floor, and everyone in the room was really polite and quiet, so it didn't disturb my sleep at all. They were really well-mannered people. The bathroom was so clean, and everything was very satisfying.

This is the very first time I lived in a hostel. Everything is perfect in OLD DOOR. Super clean environment, thoughtful hosts, and tasty breakfast. I have already booked two nights for my next trip to Taipei. Highly recommend!!
