The service was terrible. Despite arriving before many other customers, we were the last to be served. When we asked for assistance, we were only given a hand signal in return. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

First off, I ordered a meal for my husband who is from Great Britain. I told the cashier to make a cheeseburger steak with coleslaw and mashed potatoes without gravy, and four steaks well done with rice, pasta, and vegetables on the side. The first dish that came to our table was supposed to be the starter but ended up being the main meal for my husband. Unfortunately, it was all wrong as it came with a burger steak with rice and gravy smothered all over the mashed potatoes. I sent it back and notified them of the mistake, but they tried to offer something else to make up for it. Additionally, our drinks took a long time to arrive. They offered to refund our money, but I insisted that we were not upset customers. My husband was getting hungry waiting for his meal to be finished while others were already eating. This was a disappointment as our experience last year was much better at this Jollibee take away.

Need to upgrade to have liquor as some costumer askfor it as not only my Hasbund is foreigner as wanted some beer but not saleable for costumer is no good

The Food is great and that's the reason why it's a POOR rating instead of TERRIBLE. The service is so slow and the staff ain't welcoming nor do they look happy serving you. Serving time was supposedly 20 mins. But we got all our orders (three to be specific) completed around 40 mins. No one assisted us where to sit in the first place and they didn't even bother to thank us for dining there. The experience was really bad and wouldn't even consider coming back to this branch.

I am generally satisfied with the local cuisine, and my wife and I both enjoy cooking. However, it was a pleasant surprise to discover an American restaurant with delicious food. I was impressed by the meal, the service, and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant.
