Jet Wok - DARWIN CITY

The burgers at this restaurant are fantastic - they are very filling and a good value for the price. The drink selection is decent and the staff is helpful. There is a small outdoor seating area at the back and one on the street side. The service is average in terms of speed, but overall the burgers are amazing and the atmosphere is relaxed.

After flying up from Newcastle, we took a stroll around the main streets before settling on Good Thanks for dinner. We were so glad we did, as both my partner and I were blown away by the quality of our meals. I enjoyed the fried chicken with potato gravy, while my partner opted for a burger. Both dishes were fantastic, but the standout was definitely the pea cocktail. I can't stop raving about it and I'm already trying to figure out how to make it at home. The staff were very friendly, the setting was funky, and overall, Good Thanks is a real hidden gem in Darwin.

You can't go wrong with a classic burger. I especially enjoyed the gooey and cheesy mac and cheese on the side. The atmosphere of the bar was great, and it was fun to watch the bartender make cocktails while waiting for our food. I will definitely be coming back for a second visit!
