Robins Donuts - Dartmouth

I had a really awful experience at this restaurant. I had to change my order five times because the only thing they had available was coffee. It's supposed to be a donut shop, but they had no donuts, and they were out of half the items on the menu. I certainly won't be coming back.

Are these guys ever open? It's really disappointing to see a business close by 4 PM every day. I've noticed restaurants in rural areas that stay open until 8 PM, even when they're far from anything. It's frustrating that this place can’t seem to keep consistent hours.

The donuts were just okay and a little dry. My husband thought the coffee was decent.

The donuts are exactly what a donut should taste like, especially if you visit in the morning. I also really appreciate their three annual competitions for the best hot drink rim.

When I arrived at the window, an older woman asked for my order. As I was getting ready to pay with my debit card, I repeated my order, but she informed me that the payment machines were down. I told her I didn't have any cash, to which she claimed that the speaker had mentioned this to me, which was not true. Her apology seemed insincere and half-hearted. The staff's behavior was extremely rude and condescending. After this experience, I have no desire to return.
