The delivery driver couldn't locate my home, resulting in a 100-minute wait. He requested directions, which I found unacceptable. My young children, ages 4 and 2, had to delay their bedtime after dinner, and now at 9 o'clock, they are hungry and tired. I am feeling frustrated and upset.

We've eaten here a lot. The food was good, the service was great. It went drastically down. We went in to eat and waited an hour for our food. After eating there so often the menu gets quite boring....We don't eat there anymore. Waiting an hour is unacceptable. It would have been faster to order a pizza that btw is not so great n have delivered it

If you have always ordered pizza over the phone, I suggest stopping by the shop in person first. This place is extremely unclean, with many expired products on the shelves, open candy containers within reach, and a dirty food preparation area. The employees smoke inside and walk into the food preparation area without wearing gloves or hair nets. I have ordered from here several times over the phone, but after seeing the condition of the shop, I will never eat here again.
