They never get the orders right! always something missing, it seems like a scam

WE ORDERED FOR OUR OFFICE AND THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE NOT PLACED PROPERLY IN BOX AS THEY WERE BOXED MEALS EVERTHING WENT IN LIKE IT WAS TRASH UNABLE TO EAT CALLED THE STORE AND WAS TOLD HIT REFUND, BUT NO REFUND BUTTON ON APP AS STATED. CRRUNCH WRAPS HAD NO CRUNCH AND ORDERED 3 FOR OFFICE NEEDLESS TO SAY NO REFUND AND NEVER USING DARTMOUTH TACO AGAIN

Ordered on the stupid machine waited 20 min then a person finally takes my money then k wait another 20 min for my food horrible place also bathroom is so run down never again also manager just sat down doin absolutely nothin when they definitely need ed help

Order 446 Dartmouth MA ordered online, took the payment out of my account went in to pick up was advised to order again due to online error took same amount out of my account a second time, then was told they could not honor the same price as online although I was charged $5 more for the same thing I ordered online and was told there was an issue with the mobile app. I had to pay 3 times for the same thing. I'm seeking a refund. I don't know who to contact it says customer service is closed.

Isabelle is one of your best employees. Along with the other 2 men that worked with her tonight. They’re why I love Taco Bell.
