Ori Caffe - Dartford

Beautiful small coffee oasis near the collections entrance in john lewis. the coffee quality is impeccable and the staff very friendly. eating is also very good and there is a tempting mix of cake, baked and hot snacks and salads. I miss the chelsea buns. the only thing I would say is that it is not the cheapest place to go for a decent barista style coffee and snack. expect them to pay £6.00 or so for coffee and cake or baked and to a tener for something bigger. but they get a consistently good offer in a beautiful, relaxing environment with clean, clear tables that is more than they are in the crowded, often untreated coffee chain stores. the ori is a perfect place for a quiet solo session or a relaxing time with others.

Genuinely the best service I have had in a cafe. All our needs were seen to and the staff were so friendly and charismatic. Honestly went in feeling grumpy and left feeling uplifted (and full of cake and coffee!!

Such amazing welcome and service! Haven’t even had the food yet but it looks good! Just SO impressed with the lady at the till! She can come and work in our shop, she’s that good!!

I recently revisited this delightful café, and I have to say, the customer service here is truly exceptional! It’s a small, stylish café located in John Lewis, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the main shopping area. They offer a variety of bites, cakes, pastries, coffee, tea, and even alcoholic beverages. It's fantastic! Steph, the manager, is wonderful, and the entire staff is polite and cheerful. It’s a lovely place to visit.
