Cafe Concerto - Dartford

What a lovely Cafe-Restaurant. The service, food quality and location were so convenient for us. There was a big choice for dishes and drinks. Amazing ambiance inside the restaurant as it was full most of the day.

Very friendly employees. Food very good, nice athmosphere. Good background music. Very close to Trafalgar square

3 visits in a week. 2 breakfasts and an afternoon tea. First class on all occasions. Being an Aussie we are fussy about coffee, Concerto coffee is excellent. Highly recommended

The restaurant seemed clean and since it it's right next to Harrods we thought it'd be a nice place to have a coffee and something sweet there. First of all the service was terrible; taking wrong orders and not being able to properly count the change (they literally had to give out 5 quid with nothing but 10 pence coins and the waffles they served were frozen and not fresh at all (one of the waiters had to admit it himself!! I mean for about 7 quid a waffle you'd atleast expect them to be fresh. Not worth the price at all. 1/5 wouldn't recommend to my greatest enemy.

My son and I popped into the Cafe for breakfast. The waiter was very friendly and the service so quick, I was surprised. Decor and plating was tasteful. A pleasant experience all round. Thank you
