The attitude towards reservations is very borderline: Choice of 6:00 p.m. or 8:00 p.m. You can't make a reservation at 7 p.m., probably in the hope that you'll work two shifts. The result is usually that the store is not full at both times. We're not in Berlin. To top it all off, you are welcome to call spontaneously. If the store is empty, even 7 p.m. is no problem. In summary, one can say that the Loading over food works, the minimalist furnishing style and the visual concept are cool, modern and refreshing, but unfortunately a lot is lost in terms of coziness and serenity. In addition, it is difficult to hold a conversation because the very large, almost bare room is hardly acoustically dampened at all and so the reverberation creates a very loud ambience. Now enough with the criticism, let’s get to the star of the show, the food. Classic Italian cuisine is honored here with a stable basic product, but then supplemented with progressive and exciting modern transformations. An example here is the mint chili pesto. The quality of the ingredients is also worth mentioning, so the menu included not only organic salsiccia but also DOP products such as an excellent-tasting pepperoni sausage. The food was convincing in terms of quality and taste throughout. It's also exciting to put together your own pizza, with the menu options already combined almost perfectly. I also found the range of drinks creative. The brightly colored Spritz mixed drinks complement the dinner experience perfectly.

Schöne Pizza-Kreationen mit (endlich mal) hochwertigen Zutaten, knusprig umgesetzt! Sehr solide Weinauswahl, faire Preisgestaltung, sehr angenehmes Ambiente von Beleuchtung bis Farbgestaltung. Nettes Team, flotter Service: herzlichen Glückwunsch und danke dafür! Drei klitzekleine Optimierungsvorschläge: der Mischmasch aus englischer und deutscher Sprache auf der Speisekarte wirkt etwas unentschieden, zum Beilagensalat hätte uns eine schlichte Vinaigrette besser gefallen, und mit einem etwas dünneren Teig würde die Pizza vielleicht auch noch die typischen Blasen werfen. Trotzdem unter dem Strich glatte fünf Sterne!
