My daughter 18. for Friday night in the polo lounge, upper floor of the oxford hotel. clayton, the so-called manager, was polite and very courteous on the phone in the tour to the party. the dinge changed on the day of the party, when the lights we were hired in the bar below were dropped 2 hours before the beginning of the party. my wife had arrived and had to wear 8-10 lightboxes and stands on 2 floors, as clayton and the staff saw. dj revolved and was met by clayton, who had advised the responsible person of the sound, was not available and was not a help what ever was. Had a fantastic gourmet burger, chips and beer for only $12,50 on a Thursday evening at the oxford hotel in darlinghurst. the burgers had a charred smoke taste with speck, pickles and fresh garden salad. one of the best I ever had in a very long time. large service and city vibe sitting outside in the elevenenresco area watching the world go by. a great evening in sydney marvelous

Stylish event, friendly staff and paragliding. we had pork dumplings and prawn linguini. the crook was great and the hauch of chili woke the taste buds.

Unacceptable rude bar and door personnel. no wonder the place is dead! avoid a lot of bars on the street with better music, better atmosphere and nicer staff!
