Rory's - Darien

Food is always a 5. But the service…we waited over an hour for our food (there were others there, but it wasn’t packed), and finally asked for it to go. Even a couple who came in after us got their meal before us. The waitress was apologetic, but she still hadn’t checked on us to see if we needed refills or anything. I’m super sad about this.

We found Rory's through a Google restaurant search as we made out way back from NYC. What a gem this place is! The food and service were outstanding. Portions were good and we even stayed for dessert despite being tired and still having a close to two-hour ride home. We will definitely be back to Rory's again.

Very pleasant, family-friendly spot. We pulled in off our road trip and Tracy welcomed us very warmly. The food was tasty, the dining room, though small, was pleasant, and it was altogether a friendly and tasty meal. Thanks for taking care of us!

Small place. They must have had everyone walk in at the same time as we were last to get our food 45 mins later. Everyone had eaten but us. Ordered the French dip because of reviews, it lacked flavor so I added a ton of pepper, could have used some garlic or horseradish sauce. Should have ordered the chicken risotto. Everyone around us' food looked great.

I came up from Philadelphia to visit my friend who lives in Darien. We had a wonderful time. The bartender Melanie was an absolute sweetheart. The food was delicious and the people there were all very friendly.
