I live in NJ, but I make a point to stop in the Darien Cheese Shop when I'm in the area. Ken, Tori and the rest of the staff are always warm and welcoming and ready to share some stories and anecdotes. Of course, the cheeses have always been excellent and if Ken and Co are in demand, are always ready to recommend something new that you never had before or suggest a cheese that is just perfectly ripe. I have nothing but praise and appreciation for the Darien cheese shop!!!
