Blueberry Hill Pancake House - Darien

I had the corned beef hash skillet, and my friend ordered the fig and goat cheese omelette, adding bacon for an extra flavor boost. Wow! The combination of sweet figs, the grainy and slightly bitter taste of the goat cheese, and the savory elements created a unique taste and texture. We also tried the harvest pancake from Oklahoma City, which was decent but nothing particularly special. As for the hash browns, they were exactly as expected: hash-y and brown. Don't be too disappointed! My coworkers raved about the Tuscan omelette, and it looked absolutely delicious.

I visited for breakfast last week, and I must say, the portions are generous, particularly when it comes to the omelets. They're so large that I often have leftovers for lunch! The service is quick, and the staff is very friendly. Overall, a great experience!

AMAZING PANCAKES! The pancakes were fantastic. The other breakfast items were decent: the French toast was good but not large, the eggs and ham were average, and the coffee was also just okay. The service was good, and the ambiance is typical of a pancake house—clean and well-managed.

Great food. Great service. Our son has a nut allergy and they were very well known and accommodating.

Food is great and the prices are reasonable. Staff is wonderful and personable. Coffee is good. Ill be a repeat customer.
