Bertucci's - Darien

Service lasted too long, but otherwise had a good time and eat

Excellent eating, large portions! and excellent service!

Service was great. Some of the dishes were left in the oven too long and were burnt/dry.

Service was none existent we sat outside and the waitress never came back after we got our food. I have to look for someone to give us our check.

Bertucci’s has potential but it seems the staffing shortage is really affecting this location and they need help . We took our 3 and 6 year old out for an early dinner at 5:15. We ordered right away but food did not show up until almost 6:00… my hangry kids could not wait that long. We scarfed our food down and my husband waited in the car with our 3 year old while I waited another 30 minutes to get the attention of a manager to pay our bill and pack up the food. The restaurant was empty at 5:15…there is no reason we should have been there for an hour and a half and taken 45 minutes for them to bring out spaghetti and meatballs for little children. By the time we left at 6:45 the place was packed if they couldn’t handle the few tables as 5 I have no idea why they were filling the restaurant. The food was good and the staff was very nice but unfortunately this was a big miss for us.
