Hilal Fool is clean and fresh, and they actually perform better than many other restaurants.
The 8-piece chicken was crispy yet juicy, but the collar was flavorless and the macaroni and cheese was dry. The banana pudding was mediocre.
The restaurant is always clean and the food is fresh. The customer service is excellent, and I love the vibrant energy you feel as soon as you walk in.
