Just love this restaurant . The food is so delicious and came out hot.Joe and his son are the the nicest guys ever! We are planning to become “regulars.”

Excellent Italian dinner. Kids 9&11 love their dinner as well. First night in old city was delicious!

I wish I'd been to the restaurant before since its been there for 30 years! Their bread and dip that they start u with was delish, the mushroom crepe was so so wonderful as the app, and the crab ravioli with shrimp was a (near plate- licking joy. The staff was so casual and attentive. If u live in philly and haven't been there, go! If your a tourist, it's not far from some great sites. Go!

My nephew had suggested we meet at this very small Italian restaurant in South Philadelphia. Great atmosphere and the food was excellent ! Shuttle bus from the hotel took us and picked us up as parking was at a premium around the restaurant. Restaurant is cash only !! Would certainly go back again if I am in the Philadelphia area.

I wish I could leave less than one star, what a scam! Food was decent. Establishment was dusty, dark and hot. Waitress, Rita, was a scam artist! Added a bogus amount to our bill claiming it was tax (it was a round number and the percentage was higher than what the tax should have been). Then added more than 20 for gratuity to our bill (2 adults and 3 children). When we questioned this she thickened her accent and kept repeating herself over and over, all the time knowing she wasn’t being clear and rolling her eyes like we were dumb and she was annoyed, a complete scam! Would we recommend, clearly not.
