Food was so fresh. This food is a seafood lovers DREAM!

Fish is very good..Just hate the fries. way too many. probably a good amt for lg families... there is no place to *OPT OUT* OF THE FRIES. I PREFER THE *Sweet Potsto fries*

I live in the west oak lane area so my sister in law and I decided to try this place out to my surprise the customer service was not great at all we waited to be seated for awhile before anyone noticed we were waiting the restaurant was not crowded and I saw one couple sitting in the dining room I also observed a worker shuffling a small child to the back of the restaurant after being seated we had to wait awhile before being greeted for water after we finally ordered the food did come out really fast we did not have to wait later that night I became really sick (vomiting) all night I thought it might just be me but my sister in-law called me that morning she had the same symptoms all night she also called the store to let them know our situation no results I'm a little upset that I already live in a area with very few places to sit and eat the one time I tried to support a business in my neighborhood and I became very sick so now I will have to travel just to get good customer service and food that won't make me sick I hope my story will help this restaurant make some serious changes in response to the manager i never asked for a refund I only had dinner at hook and reel my sickness (vomiting) was only chunks of seafood that I consumed at your restaurant which i have pictures of my review is my opinion I live in this neighborhood and I can speak on my experience in a eatery or restaurant thanks for your response it really didn't make me feel any better about your restaurant.
