You know how we all got that Aunty, or babymom that can cook her behind off the one with the arm fat? Yeah, thats who cooked this one. The beef BBQ Beef Ribs Platter was seasoned and cooked to perfection, so tender. However, I did wish that the ribs were meatier but thats kind of what happens with beef ribs at every spot. And for 20 bucks, you cant really expect dino ribs. The mac and cheese was good, was it the best I ever had, no. But it was seasoned well, a big portion, and definitely was tasty. The yams were delicious. These people will season your food, and season it well. The Chocolate cake was good, but really just a standard slice of chocolate cake. Overall 8.3/10.

I ordered the salmon, mac and cheese, green beans, yams, and red velvet cake. The salmon was fresh and well-seasoned, and the mac and cheese was better than what you find in most places. However, the green beans were slightly overcooked and a bit too salty. The red velvet cake was decent, though it had a somewhat frozen taste. Overall, it was a good meal.

I am absolutely in love with this soul food restaurant! The salmon is fantastic, and the corn muffins are the best I've ever had—never dry, always fresh and delicious. Now, all my coworkers are fans too. I will definitely be ordering from here again and again!

The beef ribs, seafood salad, and sides (cabbage, mac and cheese, and yams) were wonderfully seasoned and served in generous portions. I decided to try the bacon cheeseburger, but it was a bit disappointing; however, there are plenty of other options to choose from. This restaurant is the perfect spot for that comforting, homemade Sunday dinner vibe. Fantastic value and a great meal overall!
