Bidrage med feedbackA pretty extensive menu and I've ended up liking everything I've ordered. Keep in mind you have to order rice separately for $1. I recommend the dan dan noodles, stir fried pork with vegetables, and simmering beef stew.
Our server was very attentive and helpful, and the food was truly delicious. I got the steamed pork dumplings and the fried rice with shrimp, pork and vegetables. Everything tasted so fresh and flavorful, and it came out very quickly. The complementary green tea was good, too. Highly recommend this restaurant!
I just had dinner here while waiting for my movie to start. I was sat quickly at the bar and my food legit arrived in 4 mins. I ordered the pepper steak with a side of white rice. The bartender was kind and hospitable. The food was good and portion was good. All in all it was a decent experience.
Ridiculous and honestly a little sad that people in Philly seem to think of this place as the best its Chinatown has to offer. Check out the recent one star reviews to save yourself from an experience that will leave, quite literally, a bad taste in your mouth.
I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for a while, regularly ordering through DoorDash and dining in. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was quite disappointing. Last night, I ordered the Pork Feet Soup, but when it arrived, more than half of it had spilled in the plastic bag. All the utensils and napkins were soaked. Given that the soup is hot, I recommend punching three holes in the lid instead of one to prevent such spills. This might also be an issue with the delivery driver, but it was still a mess. When I contacted the restaurant, the person who answered said they couldn't do anything about my order. This was frustrating because I work in a restaurant too, and I know you can contact DoorDash to arrange refunds or credits for customers. Instead, I was only offered a $5 refund through DoorDash, which is nowhere near the $19.95 (not including tax) that I paid for the soup. There was no apology, and it felt like they didn’t really care. I love the food here—I’ve dined in and ordered to-go many times—but this experience has really let me down. I hope the restaurant can improve its service and better handle such situations in the future.
