Subway - Daphne

This afternoon I needed a last minute party tray for a baby shower. In desperation I called the store and spoke to the owner, Mr. Tim Ellzey, and asked if he could help.He said he was away from the store but would have his staff begin immediately!His staff member Blake did such a wonderful job with preparing my order. He was kind, spoke respectfully and put great care into my order.Everything turned out perfect and was a hit at the baby shower!It’s really refreshing to be tended to in the way that I was today. I will definitely be back!A very special thank you to Blake and Mr. Ezlley! You two saved the day!

I've been to this Subway multiple times in the past food service was good. Went today for a footlong roast beef and a footlong rotisserie chicken. They were out of both. Substituted ham turkey instead. The spinach was standing in water nasty. Asked for fresh spinach. It was an ordeal but finally got fresh spinach on both sandwiches.

I just love Subway's food. Specially Chicken Teriyaki Sub.

I do not recommend this place!! It used to be my favorite stop in Daphne until today. I went in to get 2 sandwiches. As I was talking to the worker I was looking at the cheese and noticed hair was on it and I told her. She removed the slice of cheese and continued working. I get my sandwiches quickly and go home. When I get home I notice I have a fly in my food. I called the store in a very nice manner just to notify whoever was on duty. Whoever answered the phone was so rude. He asked me,” If I was trying to do get all my food free?” I laughed and told him no. I actually wasn’t coming back. I could have been very disrespectful because I paid for food not flies. Due to his rudeness I decided to notify others of my findings instead of keeping between me and the restaurant. Please stop assuming people want things free. I still have the sandwich. I didn’t order a full meal. I bought 2 six inch sandwiches.

Would love to review the place ... hours say 8-8 on Sunday.. but at 2:48 they are closed...
