Starbucks - Daphne

They are not nearly as busy at this location at the times I've gone as the one up by the interstate in Daphne. So if you're looking for a quicker cup of Starbucks coffee.

The staff was incredibly friendly, especially since I had trouble hearing and they were ready to help me with my favorite drink. It's been a while since I last visited Starbucks, so I needed a moment to decide on my order, but they were very patient, and I really appreciate that.

I visit this place almost daily. While I’m not a huge fan of Starbucks, I do enjoy good coffee and excellent customer service. The wait can occasionally be long, often because there’s just one person working due to a phone call. However, that one person never seems flustered or overwhelmed. They handle their tasks efficiently and greet customers with a smile, engaging in conversation along the way. As a former barista myself, I understand how challenging this job can be, so I truly appreciate the team's dedication. Great job, everyone!

This is my favorite Starbucks. The two baristas who prepared my complimentary birthday drink made me feel very special. When I was unsure about what to order, one of the baristas made some great suggestions after asking me a few questions. The drink was delicious! I tried to go back to thank him, but he was really busy.
