Domino's Pizza - Daphne

I ordered three pizzas and a cheese bread for delivery. When I opened the pizzas, I discovered that one of them was completely incorrect. I called the restaurant, and they said they would remake my entire order, but I had to pick it up myself. Upon my arrival, I handed over the original pizzas, and after a few minutes, they returned with my new ones. However, I found out that they had only remade two of the pizzas. When I asked the manager about it, he mentioned that he had only remade the incorrect one. So, after 30 minutes of waiting for the wrong pizza to be delivered and driving to the store, I ended up leaving with cold food.

Absolutely the best pizza! The staff did an incredible job and were super friendly. Plus, it was midnight and we were really hungry—what a great experience!

I placed an online delivery order and completed the payment. It said it would take about 25 minutes. I ended up waiting over an hour, only to check online and find out my order had been canceled. When I called to find out what happened, I was told that I was outside their delivery area, and that was it—no apology, no additional information, nothing at all. I will never order from them again. I live just 11 minutes away from the location, and my address is new because I live in a newly built subdivision. For future reference, if you can't deliver to certain areas, please don't allow online orders.

I love the pizza here and order all the time. My main complaint is the online scheduled ordering does not start an hour in advance like it should be. It starts no sooner than around 4 hours. I?m not hungry 4 hours before eating. Makes it hard to ordersomething I don?t want yet

We are traveling through and we're very tired so we ordered a pizza and a sub. The food was great. It hit the spot. Our dominos back home has been not great so this was a happy surprise. Our delivery driver Douglas was very pleasant and prompt. Hedelivered with a great attitude. Thanks for a yummy dinner.
