Outback Steakhouse - Danville

We came here tonight for a friend's birthday. Unfortunately it was not a good experience.Our initial drink order was taken by one person. Then a different person stopped by and said the first person was too busy, so they (the second person) would be helping us. He also explained that both of them work different sections and were covering our table as an extra table. Hmmm..SERVICEThere were 4 of us. We ordered 4 sodas but only got 3. We did get the 4th after explaining it was missing.We had to ask for bread. None was offered or brought until we did.We ordered a Bloomin Onion appetizer for the table. It never arrived. They brought our meals out instead and skipped the appetizer we wanted.We ordered a shrimp add-on with our steaks. Only one came with the shrimp.We wanted dessert, but the server brought our check without asking if we were finished. We went ahead and paid and left.FOODMy steak was tan on the outside. It was very unappealing. I'm not sure why there was no sear.My wife's prime rib was excellent.Overall, I wouldn't want to go back.

The quality of the food at this location is not as good as it used to be. Not sure if it is just this location or if it is a franchise wide condition as I have not visited other locations recently. The first ribeye steak sent out was over half grizzle so we returned it. Then served a filet that was mediocre at best. Blooming onion was greasy either put in grease that was not hot enough or put in with too many other things... The baked potatoes are not baked but microwaved so they are dry. The wedge salad, bread and margaritas were good but overall meal was a disappointment.

The service and atmosphere were excellent but the food had no flavor. The steak was cooked to perfection but didn't have any seasoning.

We ordered Tuesday Tails, a combo of a 6 Oz sirloin with a lobster tail. Baked potatoes with butter and sour cream, and a house salad. We also ordered the Sydney Shrooms and I ordered a Castaway Cocktail.We also ordered 2 glasses of water. A male server brought out the water and a small loaf of bread. He then brought out the mushrooms and they were both good. Our waitress stopped by and I asked about my drink, which should have arrived before the appetizer. She said she would bring it. Next the male server brought out our steak and potato. ? We waited for the lobster tails, and waited until she passed by and I asked where the rest of our order was. She had not ordered them. ? we began on our steaks and potatoes. My steak was good, Dennis' wasn't. And the potatoes were not done. And I still hadn't gotten my Cocktail. ? By this point I was getting annoyed and the waitress asked the manager to stop by our table. She offered us mashed potatoes but we declined because really didn't want them. She then said that she would comp our shrooms, okay but how about my Cocktail? The waitress brought the tails out and I asked again about my drink, which she had to order it. It finally came. Oh and we had our own barfly that would not leave.All in all, it was not a good time.

Before we even got in the door they was holding the door for their guest. We got seated fast the waitress Sierra S was super awesome not only her the whole team. She came to the table and the drinks and appetizer was at the table before she even moved. Entree dishes as well came fast. The food was great/delicious guys!!!! Going in the door til going out the door !!!!!! KEEP SHINING Y 'ALL ROCK!!!!!
