Jack's Pizza - Danville

The quality of the pizzas continues to decline, and they frequently run out of ground meat. Each time I call to order, I get the same excuse about it being available tomorrow. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes, I tried to explain my frustrations to the employee, but he hung up on me before I could finish. Unfortunately, it seems that the service is unlikely to improve anytime soon. It's really disappointing.

We absolutely love Jack's Pizza! It’s our go-to spot about every other week. The prices are reasonable, the pizza is delicious, and the staff is always polite and well-presented—just really nice people!

The staff here is unprofessional. The two young employees at the front seemed more interested in social media than in taking my order, and their disrespectful attitude was off-putting. I ended up walking out because it just wasn't worth my time. It seems like the rest of the community feels the same way; the building is old and in need of updates. It's hardly ever busy anymore. This used to be a great local spot, but it has really gone downhill.

I was on hold for over six minutes, and when I called back, the guy suggested that I should have just stayed on hold instead. I really love the pizza, but the service has declined significantly.

Really good pizza that is priced right. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 is they are a little bit behind the times and it doesn't appear a whole lot of money has been put back into the restaurant.
