Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen - Danville

Arrived at 11 am. Ordered the onion rings and cheeseburger lunch special. Received great onion rings, 40 minutes cheeseburger finally came out out with cold cheese. We immediately had it taken off our bill and left! Our waitress was great, but she was very disappointed the way things were going in the kitchen. Won't be back. Second visit disappointed!

The food was good but the place was filthy. Came in around 12 and not very full restaurant at all. Tables were gross. Seats filled with crumbs. Floor filled with crumbs. Told my boyfriend I almost didn't want to eat there but we were traveling from Tennesse. I don't think I've seen fast food his filthy. Waitress was nice but kind of rushing for it to be so slow.

Stopped for the night while traveling I 75 and decided to go here for dinner. We were seated right away upon entering. They were busy but not packed. Our server, Megan, was one of the better we have had. She made the visit very enjoyable. The whitefish and sirloin were very good, but not quite great. The overall 'vibes ' of the restaurant were good and we would visit here again.

I went in and it was immediately seated however I was seated in a dirty booth with straws and mashed potatoes on the floor. I waited approximately 5 minutes and no server had came to take an order or even get a drink so I left without ordering and will not return. If you can't sweep the floor and interact with customers then I will take my business elsewhere.

Always fantastic! Service is always fast and food is always fresh and hot. Atmosphere is great never crowded.
