.The lady behind the counter was very rude . Asking me as I walk in are you gonna bye something? Not a welcome or a hello .

Great Subway location .the new owner runs a tight ship. Places clean with a friendly staff

Yesterday I went to this Subway to meet and have lunch with a friend at noon. When I arrived I had to use the restroom and waited by the door as it was locked, I assumed someone was there. After waiting for awhile I asked the manager if someone wasthere, she said that no-one was there but she had to open it, she showed a really bad attitude to me and she kept on takingorders, I mentioned I really need the bathroom if she could hand me the key and she said no that I had to wait and be patient. Iam over 50 and when I need to go to the bathroom, I need to go, I cannot wait too much. This manager might not know that Floridalaw requires each public food service establishment to maintain public bathroom facilities and this was denied to me in thisSubway restaurant yesterday August 22 around 12:30 PM

The lady that working there is very rude and I wished I heard what all she said cuz I would have walked out and left the food there. The food was not very good and when he prepared the right way the gentleman there that tried to help was very nice and Ibelieve she was the manager very rude lady

The worst experience I've ever had with customer service. The boy who was attending was extremely rude, I wanted a specific bread that was available and he didn't want to give it to me simply because he didn't want to. And when he asked him forsandwich companions, he behaved rudely and saying obcene words and making gestures with his head. It was an extremely fatalservice.
