This is a fantastic spot! The food is delicious, and the smoothies are even better. We tried the cinnamon rolls after warming them up in the microwave, and they were a treat. The prices are incredible, too. The ambiance is lovely—if we had more time, we would definitely have stayed longer.

Great little gym and cafe! Mother nature didn't cooperate, so we decided to try out the gym and glad we did. Fully equipped, AC, TVs, towels and cold water. The cafe in the front was the best great snacks, filling protein shakes and perfectly brewed coffee and espresso. Yum! Fast and efficient happy all around!
